I graduated from Coventry University in 2007 with a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science. I gained a PhD studentship with Cogent and started in September 2007. I have been with Cogent since my second undergraduate year and became interested in WSN research after seeing a presentation given by members of the Centre. After completing a summer internship with Cogent which was funded by a Nuffield Foundation bursary, I was given the opportunity to embark on a exciting final year project working on a co-simulation framework for WSN research.
My interests outside of work are walking, caving, climbing, and listening to Ska. I also have a keen interest in cryptography, developing software to examine messages encoded by the Enigma.
